1.1.1 Meaning of warranty: Tokuniki Products that have been inspected and passed according to technical standards shall be the responsibility of our company to solve quality problems caused by materials or workmanship during the warranty period after leaving the factory

1.1.3 Warranty principle: The warranty mainly focuses on exchange
1.2 Scope and Regulations of Warranty
The products produced by our company are subject to quality assurance: Within seven days from the date of received, if any material or workmanship defects affecting the user are found, free replacement will be provided. If one of the following situations occurs, warranty services will not be provided. However, our company adheres to the principle of being responsible to the user and still provides services. We will charge transportation costs, parts costs, and labor costs at our discretion.
1.2.1 Exceeding the specified deadline (based on received product date)
1.2.2 Missing, damaged, or detached tags are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
1.2.3 Product damaged and without original packaging.
1.2.4 Damage caused by accidents or abnormal use
1.2.5 Defects caused by normal wear and aging of spare parts

In addition, Tokuniki does not bear the transportation costs, lost work costs, and compensation costs incurred by customers due to inconvenience or inability to use during the repair process.
